After several months of development at a customers plant in Strasbourg, GipsVision has commissioned a 3D inspection system for JohnsonControls automotive foam pad production.

Called Dakota, this system checks the presence and position of small components inside the mold before foam injection.

The customer has already purchased a duplicate system for a second production line..
