"Training Pixy+Graduel im Johnson Controls Shanghai"

Pixy und Graduel Bildung für neue Benutzer

Gips Vision hat im Septembre 2010 für die Prüfungsmannschaft im Johnson Controls Shanghai eine Schulung ausgeführt. Software-Werkzeugen Pixy und Graduel wenden sich besonders an LCD Anzeiger oder Auto Armaturenbrett Schnittstelle QualitätsKontrolle.

Nach Reynosa Werk in Mexico im Jahre 2009, dann Gravatai Werk im Brazil im Januar 2010, hat jetzt Johnson Controls Werk im Shanghai seine Manschaft über GipsVision Lösungen trainieren lassen. Eine Woche lang haben mehrere Testtechniker/Testingenieur abwechselnd Präsentationen gefolget und praktische Arbeit auf Produktionslinie durchgeführt.

Johnson Controls herstellt LCD Anzieger und elektronische Schnittstelle für die Automobilindustrie. Diese im China stark wachsende Industrie erfordet immer höher Qualitätsniveau, von der digitale Bildverarbeitung versichert.
So verstärkt GipsVision weiter die Verbreitung ihrer Werkzeugen Pixy und Graduel, die gerade im letzten Dezember 10 Jahr Jubiläum gefeiert haben. GipsVision dazu behaupt ihre Präsenz vor Ort, dicht bei die Benutzerbedürfnisse, und ihr Beistand weltweit zu verfügung.

Berufsaustellung MesureExpoVision 2010 im Paris, Porte de Versailles hat am 1, 2 & 3. Juni 2010 mehrere Messen- und Bildverarbeitung Spezialisten und Besucher versammelt

Die SYMOPs Vision Gruppe hat zahlreiche Fachleute und Besucher auf ihre Stand empfangt, und hat mehrere Konferenzen ueber verschiedene Technologien im Machine Vision Bereich angeboten: Digital Hochgeschwindigkeitsvideo, Intelligente Kameras, Beleuchtungen, Zeilenkameras, Neuronale Netz... GipsVision hat dazu ein auf die Smart Kamera BOA begründeten mehrvertiges vision System vorgeschalgen. Die BOA Kamera, wie andere Dalsa Produkte, ist im Europa von stemmer imaging vertrieben.

GipsVision finishes 2009 in a brilliant manner!

Pixy celebrating its 10th anniversary !

Over 150 deployed licenses !

Designed for automotive dashboards testing, this software module by Gips has been integrated into several new applications, like TFT display inspection, and commissioned on new sites like Johnson Controls plant in Mexico.
Some evolutions have been brought this Year to Pixy, especiallay high dynamic image support (16 bits per channel digitizing) so the product is ready to work with best cameras on the market.

Image processing library Gips, on which Pixy is based, has passed this year 200 licenses sold. Jauge & Pointer inspection module, Graduel , is now passing 100 licenses sold. A new release of these tools is expected within next semester.

Frédéric Equoy gives a talk on 16 bits image processing in machine vision

At Vision Show on 6-8 oct.2009 in Paris, GipsVision takes part to the conference round organized by the SYMOP (french organization for production industry).
Frédéric Equoy is introducing a new approach to 16 bits image processing for industrial applications.
This presentation has been supported by Stemmer Imaging and Johnson Controls Automotive Experience.

Frédéric Equoy is starting GipsVision

On april 2009 Frédéric Equoy leaves the company Cybernétix and creates a new company, GipsVision, dedicated to consulting and services in machine vision and digital imaging. After seven years spent in the robotic company based in Marseille, south of France, as machine vision manager, F. Equoy is now devoting himself particularly to the vision product « Pixy » and « Graduel », designed to inspection of automotive dahsboards, lcd displays, etc... These software modules have been previously developped and marketed in 1999 whitin the department "Technosoft" at the company Imasys, now Stemmer Imaging. These softwaremodules are based on image processing suite Gips, created in middle 90s by company EIA.
